Coach OS uses underlying models such as Claude or ChatGPT. What we deploy around them is a team of AI employees with business context, memory, defined roles, and connections to your tools. Instead of stopping at ideas you have to copy, paste, and implement, you can assign work that gets carried out in your connected systems. You still direct the work and review the result.
Who is this for—and do I need to be technical?
It is built for high-ticket coaching businesses with a working offer and real work to delegate. Six-figure businesses are a good fit; seven-figure businesses are an excellent fit. Earlier-stage businesses may fit when they have clear direction and are ready to execute. You do not need technical setup expertise: we deploy the system, and you speak or type in plain language.
What is ready within 24 hours, and what do I need to provide?
After payment, we need a one-hour orientation to understand your business and priorities. Your AI operating system and employees are then installed and ready for assignments within the stated 24-hour delivery window. Connecting your software tools can continue afterward. You can explain your business in conversation—no giant training manual required. If orientation or access is delayed, our team will confirm the timing.
Will it work with the software I already use?
Coach OS is designed to work with your existing CRM, email platform, calendar, ad accounts, and other business tools. Our technical team helps connect them and confirms the specific workflows you need. A built-in integration is not the only option; depending on the tool, other authorized connection methods may work. Bring your tool list so we can confirm your setup.
Can I really give it work from my phone—and will it actually do the work?
Yes. Send a voice message or type an assignment from your phone or computer through Telegram or another supported interface. For example, ask the marketing team for ad concepts and creative, review the work, then instruct your AI media buyer to launch the approved ads in your connected account. Execution depends on the right tools, access, and your authorization—not just a prompt.
Do I stay in control, and do I have to replace my team?
You stay in control. Your people own the relationships, judgment, vision, and strategic direction, while the AI employees help with implementation. You can keep sends, publishing, campaign changes, and spending subject to your approval. Start with limited assignments and expand authority as you choose. Your existing team can use the AI employees too; replacing people is not required.

How much time will this take, and what results can I expect?
Plan on around two to three hours a week for support and mastermind calls, plus the time you spend directing the AI team and reviewing work in your normal day. The goal is more execution capacity and less hands-on implementation. Results depend on your business, decisions, and use of the system. We guarantee delivery of your AI employees—not a particular revenue, profit, or growth outcome.
How is my business data handled?
You get a Virtual private machine in the cloud dedicated to your business. Your AI employees still use LLM models such as Claude or ChatGPT, so information needed for their work can be sent to those providers for processing - similar to what happens when you are using those tools directly.
What does it cost, and what happens after the 90 days?
Pricing is based on your business and the setup you need, and is explained on the strategy call. Coaching, training, customization, integrations, and support are included during the 90 days with no extra service charges for that included work. Third-party software, AI usage, and ad spend are separate considerations.
